The sextant to sextant worked. Ebbco arc error was confirmed by Cassens & Plath. Thanks Frank.
A few more pics attached showing how the Bris is attached to a Plath horizon shade. This frees hands to adjust micrometer drum. Very pleased with how all this is working. Hope others have same success.
