Edu,
Use a dish of water on a window ledge inside so wind isn't an issue. don't worry about extra refraction from windows as the errors are small. Low altitude sights will be a challenge so save those for when you can use a natural horizon. The reflected sun and the Bris sun should be timed with UTC one ontop of the other. Calculate the altitude for the UTC time at your known position then add refraction. Double value to get to the calibration altitude for the Bris sun used. Of the eight suns there will be 5 useful reflections. Confirm by timing the calibrated sun in the afternoon coincidence . Divide by two ...subtract refraction for Ho then compare to Hc for intercept. There is no dip correction for artificial horizons so do not worry about height of eye.
