Now and then, the Bygrave slide rule is mentioned in discussions here. What I saw here were the first and ony refereences I had ever come upon re such devices, though I had never dug into the subject, I had no reason to so do.
In any case, I happened on a web site that among other manuals, included the following:

There are some HTML and image files in 1 zip file.
File 1 - ok_man.zip - 43.9 KB (44,997 bytes)
OOPs, there was an illustration, which didn't reproduce. In any event, the image referenced appeared to be a cylindrical type slide rule, which I thought might interest some here.
