I am having trouble finding an algorithmic way to predict the position of the First Point of Aries (0,0 in the celestial coordinate system) relative to the geographic coordinate system, for any given time. The location by day, hour, minute, second is obviously in celestial navigation almanacs, but I am looking for an algorithmic way to predict its position. I assume they use this to generate the almanac data, as well as in programs like Stellarium. So this must be a well-established formula that is just eluding my search efforts.
