Brian,
For the IAU 2000A Nutation series:
If you need 0.1" end result accuracy, keep and compute all terms bigger than 0.1"/15, i.e. bigger than 0.007" and certainly do not skip any term bigger than 0.01".
If you need 0.05" accuracy, keep and compute all terms bigger than 0.05"/20, i.e. bigger than 0.0025", and certainly do not skip any term bigger than 0.003".
In all cases, and as I can remember, no need for any of the planetary terms. These ones come to play only at the 0.0015"/0.002" level onto the final result.
Therefore just go for the luni-solar terms.
With IAU2000A Nutation, do use the IAU 2006 (P03) [full] Precession series.
That should do,
Kermit
