Hi Mike: As far as I know the HP line of scientific or graphing reverse polish calculators has the highest level of precision. I remember reading about the development and testing of the algorithms when they were introduced. http://www.hp.com/calculators/ They typically have 15 digits of internal precision. 360d 27m 24.4444s is only 11 digits (really less since some of the digits are limited to a range of 0-60 instead of 0-99).
