Subject: Cel Nav at USNAThis message is primarily addressed to Joel Jacobs.
Is it possible for civilians to obtain copies, even used, of the textbooks that the academy uses in their navigation courses? I am trying to work through Bowditch and the example navigation problems, and finding it very difficult. Maybe a different text would help me out.
Thanks,
Andrew
