Four hours between shots, so that’s about a 60 cut, which is probably OK.  It’s my bedtime now, so here’s my working so far.
Unless you’re going to mpp your fix at 0332 with your DR position the exact UT time of your initial position doesn’t need to be accurate.  It’s just so you get you into the correct page of your tables.

    157
° 25’E=157.42·E is 157.42/15= 10.49hours ahead of Greenwich, so it’s probably already 2nd Aug at 158°E.  From https://sunrise.am/palikir/?month=8&year=2026 , sunrise at Palikir in the general area is around 06.21local  on 2nd August every year.  So, it’s 36.21 – 10.49=19.72UT hrs on 1st Aug at Greenwich.

Therefore, our DR position for the first shot is 8 45’-6x(23.33-19.72)’N = 8 45’-21.66’
    =8
    ° 23.34’N 157 °25'E

For the second shot it’s 8
    ° 45’-6x(27.33-19.72)’N = 8° 45’- 45.66'=7° 59.3'N 157° 25'E, but you’ll need to use UT table values for 2nd August.  DaveP
