Sorry I did not know of you all earlier. I am (www.ronbarrett.com) the 
Historian for the Air Force Navigators Observers Association (www.afnoa.org 
and www.usaf-nav-history.com). We are pleased to learn about you all, as we 
did and some still do: Celestial Navigation; sanGPS :) We sponsor USAF 
Navigator exhibits for the museums, do nav-history research, maintain an 
archive, and publish Navigation articles like the complete history AF 
Navigator's Time Line for the USAF Histories programs.

Please feel free to post on our web sites and/or join AFNOA. We do a quarterly 
news letter and often therein are celestial articles. Col Ed Whitcomb USAF 
Ret. WWII POW is the author of the book ON CELESTIAL WINGS. Ed will be at our 
current Reunion at Wright Patterson AFB, Area B, in the Air Museum of the 
USAF this October 14-15-16. If you'd like to attend get a hold of USAF Nav 
Ret Col. Suazo Sostenes at  right away. We stay at the 
Holiday Inn there in Fairborn, Ohio adjacent to the base&museum.
