... is now available at www.celestialtools.webs.com. Aside from several minor bug fixes, including some issues (found by Luc Van den Borre) with computers set to use commas as decimal separators, the main change is the addition of the Sadler Technique, a modified form of H.O. 211, which gives accurate results in the "forbidden zone" of H.O. 211, where K is between 82º and 98º, with the potential of giving intercepts that are several miles in error, and it is recommended that sights with values of K in this range be discarded.
