Aha. So this is what a "1 mas precision ephemeris" refers to: the positional accuracy of the object, but not of its individual parameters? That means, for instance, that even though MICA gives me the RA of Polaris to 0.001 s of time, I can only trust it to +/- 0.080 s? (cos 89.3 deg = 1/80) Or does it mean that the positional accuracy of Polaris obtained from MICA will always be that much better than that of, say, Betelgeuse?
