Thanks Bill. I have spent quite a bit of time in a private conversation discussing your methodology as described in 'chasing tenths'.
In doing so, my epiphany was the absolute correctness of your method! Whilst using the SNO-T may be cumbersome and time consuming, I can see now how it compares to standard metrology methods for the determination of accuracy. Well done!
That does not alleviate my concern as to the alternate method I have described. I definitely would appreciate your measured response.
