This particular observation was taken right from the outdoor cafe table. The bartender, waitress, and patrons were thoroughly entertained. The height of eye had to be estimated at 16 ft.

Thanks for your Florida sight. I have tried to reduce it with these results. The same as yours? (Venus parallax, if any, is ignored.)
Ho = 48°12.2’ Hc = 48°10.3’ Int = against 1.9 M Zn = 118.5°
With an alternative, assumed position Lat 28°00’N Long 80°24.2’W my answers are
Ho = 48°12’ Hc = 48°02’ Int = against 10 M Zn (Ho249) = 119° Zn (NASR) = 120°
