To all: It would appear that my posted messages are, for some reason, simply not getting through. The following response to George's message on the subject has drawn no response whatsoever, even though it seems to be the only one actually addressing the question posed. Not responding is so unlike George that I am lead to believe something is wrong somewhere - as this is happening repeatedly I am beginning to feel there to be no point in my wasting time in responding anymore.
