Is the Portland Combined Protractor and Parallel Rule (Plotter) the same as USCG (or Coast Guard) form No. (#) 2543?
It looks very much like the one used in Howell's Practical Celestial Navigation.
I have searched Google for "Coast Guard form no. 2543" hoping maybe for a pdf of it, but have been coming up empty, any help will be appreciated.
