That brings back memories... I searched my bookshelves and located: Blue Water Navigation, Cornell Maritime Press, 1947, Captain Svend T. Simonsen. It was signed by Svend in Santa Barbara in 1969. I fondly recall working through several courses offered by Coast Navigation. F.
