A single volume of short sight reduction tables could be assembled to include a version of Weem's Line of Position format using Dreisonstok Logs, Martelli's time sight tables resulting in LHA instead of time, Hansen's ex-meridian with key table look-ups going from 1 to 24* of declination along the top leading to the followup tables arranged every 10' of LHA, and of course the Hanno Ix azimuth diagram which works equally well with the Weem's and Martelli tables. 150 pages should cover the lot of three tables and a diagram or two. As a possible additional inclusion would be a two page pub 249 style perpetual almanac for the Sun. The resulting book would be small enough to still fit into the average sextant box.
