Thanks for posting these. I found them very interesting and informative. For my own convenience in comparig the german and english I wrote out the Bygrave instruction in the attached file. No major differences except that the Germans seem to be a bit more conservative in their use of the MHR1 in "Special Cases". And it still remains a mystery as to why they use the azimuth method that they do. It might be that limiting values that need to be read off to less than 90° where possible is less prone to errors,
