But Hc isn't calculated for the set of sights. We have run our Time/Ho pairs or Time/Hs pairs if we applied IC as in Frank's example. The quadratic curve fit gives us our first approximation of the time of LAN. Perhaps you are saying at that point, we find a single Hc and Zn from that initial LAN.
But if the vessel is moving between shots, MOO involves the relative bearing course to Zn and some other suff which we do know.
My question is, where do the Zn's for each site come from to compute the set of MOOs we need? Once MOO corrections are found for each shot and Ho's corrected, we rerun the curve fit for a refined LAN time.
Perhaps I'm missing the process. Let me know how you did MOO.
