Hello!
As a wannabe emergency navigator - I stay away from as many tables as theoretically possible. So the only method for me to solve the task at hands - is the James N. Wilson's "Position from Observation of a Single Body" which is further simplified to be purely-graphical (no tables used).
By solving the velosity triangle I estimate the boat's SOG == 4,3 +0,5|-0,7 kn; COG == 158° +5°|-4°. The spread is due to the current's set and drift uncertainty.
By plotting the HO's and correcting the rising/falling lines' intersection for the combined MoO+MoB I estimate the LAN == 16:37:38 and round it to all other timings by making it at the nearest 5 seconds value, so the LAN used to calculate GHASun and DecSun is taken to be 16:37:40.
From that I estimate the LatNoon == 52°48,8'N and LonNoon == 70°14,5'W.
And finally, the DR20210522UT1700 == 52°47,3'N; 70°13,5'W.
