You asked about differing Sun's azimuth values at sunrise. I suspect it depends on what you call sunrise (upper limb, centre, lower limb, or 1/2 diameter below lower limb above the horizon and if your observation and method of calculation allow for that and the effects of refraction. Nories gives 090°-36.6°Amp = 053.4°Az. The side panel sums up what to look for quite well. DaveP
