Yes that fits, about 1.6km on 300°. I overesimated both the angle and distance between the buildings. Also, I'd no idea how high that bank of the Hudson was. It seems a very popular photo spot. The nearest I could find was https://www.pinterest.com/pin/798966790123304374/ , but it's not that. The traffic is in different positions.
By the way; why did I write 42nd Street lies 120°/200° earlier? Probably because it was after my normal bedtime, 120° + 180° does of course = 300° DaveP
