Heh. Yes, my best guess was Hamilton Avenue in Weehawken. But I completely missed the historic location! Here's the view from the corner there, across the street from the $7 million mansion at 1 Hamilton Avenue.
Next up: how high is the Moon? The refracted shape is a big clue. And what is the date and time? There are probably multiple options. I would also be interested if anyone can track down the original photo and maybe the photographer.
