The photographer (Vik Buriak, instagram vikvik7) posted that image on 1 Feb 2019. I had suggested yesterday that it must have been taken in the early morning hours of 31 Jan 2019. I think that qualifies as a confirmation. I award myself a cookie.
I found another with similar setup in his gallery. Any thoughts on this one? Anyone?
