Here's an interesting photo, found on FB. It's captioned as "Moon over 42nd Steet in New York". Is it real? Real in the sense that it is an objective photo of the scene, unedited except for cropping and perhaps brightness and contrast? Or is it a composite of photos taken under somewhat different circumstances? Or is it just artwork with the Moon dropped in manually in an unrelated street scene? What evidence do you see? And let's do some navigation. Where was the photographer when the photo was taken? Can you determine your location without reference to the Moon? Is the Moon consistent with the streets and foreground evidence? If it's real, we could also ask when was the photo taken? What are possible dates and times?
