My spreadsheet will give you the equation of time for any date and time you specify. It will also calculate the EoT over whatever period of time you specify and at whatever interval.
It is available at my website: https://www.cooknavigation.com. I will also be updating it soon to include some new features, including the ability to increment/decrement the almanac time by a specified amount.
