The level is giving you the illusion of it not being very bad. That's because the the inner surface where the bubble rides is made to a small radius, making the level less sensitive. In other words , it's much more forgiving to movement and vibration. In the big picture, I am not sure , to what magnitude, being slighly out of level on your mirror, affects the ultimate outcome of your sight. I am just making suggestions.
