Dan, I was just reporting what I've seen in passing here; a comment about a month ago about Forrester having nice navigation and O'Brian not, or perhaps more in reference to ship handling. I didn't notice it myself in O'Brians novels, although I read most before I took up celestial navigation. I very much enjoyed O'Brian's novels and recommend them highly.
