If you like the traditional horizon mirror it is a very good deal. If you prefer a whole horizon mirror you would need to buy the Mark 25. Either of these will get you anywhere you want to go using celestial. When and if you upgrade to a metal sextant, the plastic one will make a good addition to an abandon ship bag.
