Hi,
The French LTE (former IMCCE) newsletter discusses the March equinox date on

The newsletter gives nearly identical results but claims (in the text) that the equinox was 09:01:30.18 UTC. However, in the diagram the time is given as 09:01:33.18 UTC (probably a typo). Rounded to the nearest minute both times would of course result in 09:02 UTC.
The solar ecliptic latitude is claimed to be 0.70".
