Please asdvise if the following is correct....
Declination is taken from the almanac in 2 parts Day/Hour and "d". Never any increments for minutes & seconds, these are included in the "d".
Generally the "d" correction will be additive 50% of occasions negative 50% of occasions. Determined whether + or - by inspection of column
