I prefer "RealCalc". It has a lot of nice features and customization options. For instance: you can swap the function of the fraction/degree key so that degree notation is the default. I also have mine set up in RPN mode. Results can be changed from DMS to decimal degrees and vice versa by tapping the DMS key. The minute tenths behavior is the same as "Degree Calculator". You can add your own conversion units and constants as well. The version I linked to is free, but I liked it so much I bought the "Pro" version.
Also, something I recently discovered which I find to be really cool is the ability of later versions of Android to use apps in a split-screen mode. In the second screenshot you can see that I have Navimatics' "Celestial" open on the top and "RealCalc" open on the bottom. This makes reducing a sight or clearing a lunar on my phone a snap. (It helps to have a phone with a large screen if you intend to use this feature.)
Cheers,
