    After puzzling for another hour, I've decided getting an accurate longitude from the information given is beyond my pay scale.  If I simply assume the latitude is 25°30' N, then the mid line between the two dip=0 LOPs crosses 25°30 at about 075°36'W.  Fortunately, for these LOPs, it takes a 3’ error in latitude to cause 1’ error in longitude.  DaveP
