Darn!!!!!

OK!  Do a graph in Excel and and export or screen capture of it.  Scan the
Napier Diagram or have the creator program spit it out as a bit-mapped
image.  In an image-editing program overlay the screen capture over the
Napier Diagram underlay and resize to match the Napier Diagram scale.
Voila.

Not the slick trick you had hoped for, and less fun then using manual
graphics tools that otherwise collect dust while I stare at my square-headed
girl friend hours on end.

I'd bet one of the Excel mavens out there have a way to underlay
user-supplied graphics in an Excel chart, so a mater of adjusting the chart
scale to match the Napier Diagram underlay.
