So I'm watching The Interview (watch it here), the bawdy comedy which has been in the news of late. In it a meeting is arranged by phone at specified latitude and longitude coordinates. The North Korean representative proposes that they will meet at latitude 40.1326, longitude 123.9889. Are these reasonable coordinates? And is the precision of the coordinates appropriate for setting up this meeting?
