Well, as far as I am concerned, as long as the discussions are about non-electronic navigation of any kind. Occasional diversion to electronic are OK, once in a while. But Dead Reckoning, "Life Raft" navigation, and emergency navigation are all also non- electronic. I don't consider myself the owner of Navigation-L, just the current custodian.
