Tony. On the upper part 10kts = 10mm. The gap below 30kts is 5mm. Each tiny square is 5mm. If you extend the 30° drift lines, you'll find they cross at 25 on the lower part, not that that matters. the length overall is 260mm. The beam is 97mm. I suppose green is easily seen under red light, unlike red, which would disappear. DaveP
