Double Lunar by Camera

Yesterday the Moon was between Spica and Mars setting up a double lunar capture. A 200 mm fixed prime lens was used hand held. Spica and Mars show as a 2 pixel dot (each pixel is .0975' minutes of arc).
I hope to duplicate this type of lunar capture aboard a commercial flight if the opportunity presents itself.
