I had forgotten that I had provided a couple of articles for Issue 91. I'll have to add them to my CV (something we academics have to provide to the administration, granting agencies, and the like; public outreach as well as publication of research findings is a requirement these days). ;-) -- Richard Langley On Wednesday, July 31, 2013,212, at 9:02 AM, Richard B. Thank you David Burch. I proudly joined the Navigation Foundation in 1990 and had the privilege and pleasure to meet many of the founders and the movers and shakers within this organization. It was sad to see this venerable outfit fade away. I am aware that David Burch has been working hard in the background to keep the Navigation Foundation alive. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed David and I for one, appreciate what you have done. I salute you sir. > > > > On a related topic, is Terry Caraway still around? I used to communicate with him on a regular basis but lost touch some years ago. He is a very interesting man who had a stellar career in the US military. > > > > Robert > > > > > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > From: Frank Reed > > To: enoid{at}northwestel.net > > Sent: Tuesday, July 30, 2013 2:16 PM > > Subject: [NavList] Download past issues of Navigator's Newsletter > > > > From David Burch: > > "Starpath School of Navigation is pleased to announce that all past issues of the Navigator's Newsletter (quarterly publication of the Navigation Foundation) are now available as free pdf downloads: http://www.navigationfoundation.com ." > > > > -FER > > > > ---------------------------------------------------------------- > > NavList message boards and member settings: www.fer3.com/NavList > > Members may optionally receive posts by email. > > To cancel email delivery, send a message to NoMail[at]fer3.com > > ---------------------------------------------------------------- > > > > : http://fer3.com/arc/m2.aspx?i=124752 > > > > > > > > __________ Information from ESET Smart Security, version of virus signature database 8629 (20130730) __________ > > > > The message was checked by ESET Smart Security. > > > > http://www.eset.com > > : http://fer3.com/arc/m2.aspx?i=124754 > > > > ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- > | Richard B.
