Bill's right; t'is a fake from the Indian subcontinent. A pretty well-made fake, but the design is utterly unlike anything ever manufactured by the Heyde firm. Worth about $20 (incl shipping), provided one has a suitable sense of whimsy. Just don't try to look at the sun through it - those filters are most certainly not to be trusted!
