Thank you for the interesting and useful material EASY LUNARS on your site!
Sorry, but I have a couple of questions.
1. Altitude Correction from the Almanac
For the Moon you are labeled correction as 36,5’
But for Moon altitude 46° 40’ I get it 49’ (see the table in the appendix)
2. You have corrected heights:
Sun LL corr = 47° 12’
Moon UL corr = 46° 39,5’
I thought so and got others:
Sun LL: Sextant H + IE + d + SD = 47° 49’ – 1’ – 3’ + 15,9’ = 48° 00,9’
Moon UL: Sextant H + IE + d = 46° 30,3’ – 1’ – 3’ = 46° 26,3’
46° 30,3’ = (45° 46,8’ + 47° 13,8’)/ 2
Could you explain what is the reason for the difference?
