Estimating speed and course along with position

Jeremy: during navigation with approximately constant course and speed, a sequence (at least four) of Sun/Moon fixes spanning a few hours (> 0.5 Hr, 2Hr?), and with a sufficient azimuth spread, allow to estimate both speed and course, along with position. Are you willing to shoot, once, these measures for me? I'm actually want to check how accurately Least Squares perform in this joint estimation.
