Yes it is, Read my notes wrong. ZT is 1900, UTC is the 09h.

After sunset, in early Twilight on 12 June 2008, a number of sights
of the moon were taken in rapid succession. The ship has a 1900 fix
of 14deg 16.1’N and Longitude of 142deg 53.1’ East. Course is 080
degrees at a speed of 12.3 knots. Temp is 83 degs F and pressure is
1008 MB.
