Re: Eye problems and IE, IC
From: Bill B
Date: 2006 Jul 14, 18:39 -0500
The scatter in the right eye data was not to my liking, so I redid the
observations today as close to the time of the first observation as cloud
cover would permit. I include many more horizontal observations so a single
entry would not skew the average to the extent it could with only 5
observations.
Order of observations: Observations were done in batches. Vertical on the
arc, horizontal on the arc handle down, horizontal on the arc handle up,
horizontal off the arc handle down, horizontal off the arc handle up, and
vertical off the arc.
5-minutes breaks were taken at the first sign of fatigue. White was worn
;-)
My conclusion stands that gravity working on the frame and/or mirrors in the
horizontal position is not responsible for the shift from vertical to
horizontal, but rather eye differences. These eye differences can be noted
in the vertical shots as well.
