While at my grocery store today, I spied this beer. As a fan of IPAs, I had to try it (among other, obvious reasons). It's not bad. Rather hoppy compared to other IPAs I've tried, but I am by no means a connoisseur. Smells and tastes of grapefruit. 7% ABV. At around US$15 for a six pack, it's quite pricey. Brewed in San Diego, California. There was another variety on offer named "Graprfruit Sculpin", but given the 'rich' taste of this one, I think that might have been overkill for my unrefined palate. I've only had one bottle so far, so I'm not sure if I'd buy it again yet.
Cheers!
Sean C.
