Antoine,
While on the topics of lunar calculation and Frank's web tool, I have to say my calculator version of Frank's algorithm does not include calculation refinements such as Oblateness of the Earth. I don't know the viewing conditions when this correction matters and I don't know how to calculate it.
The algorithm I programmed is from his workshop and the results compare very well with the Bowditch-Thompson method he also presented in his workshop (and I also programmed except for the 3rd correction which I must use paper tables for).
I have to say that between Frank's various web tools and his new GPS Anti-Spoofing smartphone app, it's now hard NOT TO try lunars.
