Hello Luc and Murray,
Although living 9950nm away, my wife and I have chartered three times from nearby Bayswater Marina and recognised the small waterside hut just beyond the catamaran. This inspired me to use transits to locate the camera position.
My result is (say) 20m to seaward of Luc’s position and a similar distance East from Murray’s position on the quayside East corner of Captain Cook Wharf. The transits are about 2km distant. I suspect the actual point is near Murray’s position on account of the position of the left edge of the safety barrier on Marsden wharf. The attached annoted images may be of interest.
