Re: Flinders and Bass (+ cat) remembered in the Antipodes?

As someone who lives in the antipodes (of where?) I do not remember Bass but I do remember a cat called Mr Chippy. Some years ago I paid my respects to him. He is a few minutes walk from where my mother was cremated.
FWIIW I did not take this photo "down under". I took it in the antipodes of Spain. IMHO NZ is not "down under". The term applies to a large continent to the north west of NZ.
