How do you verify consistent piling height ? By CN naturally. Went down the piling line as the Sun changed azimuth this morning. As the Sun passed over each distant piling an observation was made with the eye level at the top of my slip pile. Intercepts : 2.5' , 3.6', 2.6', 0.9' all away using a dip of zero. It is safe to say that the pilings were driven in to the same height ;-)
