Yes, I agree, the simpler the better.
Here is the table that covers 0° to 360° with only extra effort on user's side to expand the powers of ten or stuff the required number of nines.
The underlined digits denote the number of leading zeroes to be inserted between the decimal point and the tabulated value. The overlined digits denote the leading nines.
For example:
- underline-5,0085 should read as 0,000000085
- bar-3,1234 should read as 0,9991234
